感谢您使用 Heat Your World（以下简称“本应用”）。本应用由开发团队提供，旨在通过低功耗蓝牙（BLE 5.0）为您提供左右加热袜的温度调节、定时控制与电量监控服务。
我们极其重视用户的个人隐私与数据安全。本隐私政策严格遵循国内外法律法规（包括但不限于中国《个人信息保护法》、欧盟 GDPR、加州 CCPA 及苹果 App Store / Google Play 开发者政策）。在您使用本应用前，请仔细阅读本声明。
本应用是基于本地蓝牙协议运行的独立工具，不会建立远程云端服务器账户，也不会收集您的个人身份信息。具体权限与数据说明如下：

本应用未集成任何第三方广告 SDK、用户行为统计 SDK 或云端同步服务。所有通信帧均在您本人的智能手机与加热袜之间直接通过蓝牙协议交互，不存在任何第三方数据共享、出租或转售行为。
所有配置数据（如配对的历史蓝牙 MAC 地址、设定温度）均存储在您手机操作系统的安全应用沙盒内。您可以通过在 App 内点击“Unpair All”或者在手机系统设置中“清除 App 数据/卸载 App”彻底清除所有本地数据。
本应用主要面向成人及 12 岁以上具备安全意识的青少年。发热袜涉及发热温控，12 岁以下儿童应在监护人指导与监护下使用。我们绝不会主动索取或处理未成年人的任何个人数据。
根据相关法律法规，您拥有随时停止授权蓝牙权限、清除设备配对记录、随时卸载 App 的完整控制权。由于我们不在服务器留存您的任何信息，因此无需繁琐的数据删除申请流程，您在本地即可完全掌控数据。
随着硬件固件升级或合规要求，我们可能会适时修订本隐私政策。若有变更，我们将在 App 更新日志或发布页面明确公布。

We take your privacy and data security very seriously. This Privacy Policy strictly adheres to applicable global privacy regulations (including Apple App Store Guidelines, Google Play Developer Policies, GDPR, and CCPA). Please read this statement carefully before using the App.
The App operates entirely locally without remote server connections or user account registration. Specifically:

The App integrates NO third-party tracking, advertising, analytics, or social SDKs. All protocol communication occurs directly between your mobile device and the heated socks hardware via Bluetooth.
All pairing records and user preferences are retained exclusively within the local application sandbox. You may permanently erase all data at any time by tapping "Unpair All" in the Bluetooth screen or by clearing app data / uninstalling the app via device system settings.
The App is intended for general audiences and individuals aged 12 and older. Heated clothing involves thermal regulation; children should operate the device only under adult supervision. We do not knowingly solicit or collect data from minors.
You have full authority to grant or revoke Bluetooth permissions at any time through your device operating system settings. Because we maintain no external databases, your data is 100% within your personal control.
We may update this policy occasionally to align with hardware firmware revisions or regulatory updates. Any modifications will be reflected in subsequent app updates.
